He will personally pick the bands that he thinks might be worthy of the title "Are you the Next King of Rock"
On June 15th at the House of Blues in Atlantic City, DMC will crown the next King Of Rock and it could be you! DMC will be choosing 6 finalists from all the entries to battle it out in Atlantic City for the title of King of Rock. Send your MP3* of you or your band that deserves to be the next King of Rock.
MP3 submission deadline - May 25, 2007. Bands picked to participate will be notified via email by June 1, 2007 Bands have a required ticket sale of 100 per band. Any band that does meet the required ticket sales will be required to pay an entry fee. Example: 50 tickets sold. The band will be required to pay an entry fee of 50 tickets X the ticket price. Entry fee only applies to bands that have not met the required ticket sales.
Ticket prices are $18 pre admission and $20 day of the event. Tickets will be available to purchase on Ticketmaster.
